Together, we are more than merely 3 winemakers, and our diversity of experience is our advantage, allowing us to strive for continued excellence in our viticultural and winemaking endeavours. As a unified team and family, we collaborate passionately on crafting our collection.

Timo
Master winemaker and head of the winery. The exemplary practitioner with abundant experience and both wellies firmly on the ground. With his hands-on approach, he is still actively working the vineyards himself, all while managing the entire team and operations. He approaches everything with great commitment, dedication, and creativity. Timo loves his Riesling and is always easy-going and relaxed.
Simone
The dynamic powerhouse. In charge of the office, while handling customer inquiries, and welcoming our guests at the cellar door, her favourite task remains organising all kinds of events. For all of us, weddings are the most beautiful moments at our winery – that's when the enchanting atmosphere really takes over. Simone adores Chardonnay and lives for Blanc de Blancs sparkling wine.
CORiNNA
It was no coincidence that she chose to embark on her winemaking journey at one of Germany's oldest organic wineries. Fittingly, she is now responsible for enhancing and expanding our sustainability initiatives. Following the completion of her apprenticeship at Sander and Max Müller I in Franconia, she delved into studies in journalism and audiovisual publishing at the University of Mainz. Alongside her academic pursuits, she adeptly manages our multi-media endeavours in-house, preferably while uncorking a bottle of BLUME Chardonnay.
CHRiSTiAN
From an early age, his path was set on becoming a winemaker. He has grown with our vineyards and knows them inside and out. Christian completed his training at VDP wineries Wagner-Stempel and Rings, acquiring remarkable expertise. Here at the winery, he demonstrates his skills as our cellar master, notably with his cool-climate, delicate Pinot Noirs. Striving for continuous learning and improvement of his craft, Christian’s master project is exploring the optimal whole bunch percentage for the fermentation of his Pinots…Cellar nerd through and through, he can’t get enough of our Terra F Pinot.
Team
Nothing in the winery would function without helping hands. Special thanks go to the indispensable couple, Ania and Przemek Pluta. Additionally, Silviu Sabau and his parents, Mirela and Emil, who support us in the vineyards. Despite the pandemic, they remained with the winery as pivotal cornerstone during the especially challenging 2020 season. Isabell Gres supports and represents us in sales with her energy, openness, and competence. Not to forget the aspiring winemakers Timo mentors – we are thankful for our eager apprentices and interns.
